How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 15-25 days depending on machine and location. Fully automated papad lines take 30-45 days.

Do you deliver PAN India?

Yes, we deliver to all 28 states via insured freight. Delivery charges depend on distance and machine size.

What warranty is provided?

Every KP machine ships with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some parts have lifetime warranty.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. We provide free installation

Do you provide operator training?

Yes, we train 2-3 operators for that.

What payment options do you have?

We accept bank transfer, cheque, and RTGS.

Do you offer EMI?

No.

How often is maintenance needed?

Monthly cleaning + quarterly grease-up for most machines. Detailed maintenance schedule provided in the manual.

Are spares available?

Yes, we stock spares for every machine we sell, including models from 15+ years ago. Lifetime spares support guarantee.
